Western Summit Electric was honoured to contribute to the comprehensive renovation of a custom home in Vancouver’s Arbutus Ridge neighborhood. Collaborating closely with VictorEric Design Group, Revision Renovations, and the client, we developed a fully custom electrical design and layout tailored to the homeowner's unique vision. Throughout the project, we navigated numerous client-driven changes with flexibility and precision to ensure a flawless final result.

Our scope included a complete electrical system upgrade to meet modern standards and enhance the home’s functionality. We meticulously rewired the entire residence to comply with current BC Electrical Code and installed new service panels to support the upgraded systems. Additionally, we designed and implemented custom interior and exterior lighting that beautifully complements the home’s architecture and landscaping.
This project was honoured with the 2021 AIBC Lieutenant Governor’s Award for Innovation in Architecture in collaboration with VictorEric Design Group.
